There were times when my dad would make a trip up to see his dad, so my sister and I wouldn't spend it with him. But this time I didn't have any of my family around. It made me terribly sad and I didn't like it. My Dad is an amazing man and has always given me wisdom and encouragement when I needed it. He is a hardworker and pushes for me to be the same. My Dad is incredibly smart and he can also be silly.
