I have always enjoyed successful girl musicians. It is always so disappointing when there aren't good girl bands, which there are so many! So when there is a band that can provide whimsical imagery with their lyrics, spot-on harmonies, and they have a girl, or are a girl majority band, I am all over that. That is why I introduced to you Eisley. Their cd Marveous Things, which was one of their first in 2005, still one of my favorites. I am also pretty sure they helped me improve on hearing harmonies. I remember riding with my sister in the car and blasting Eisley and us singing to them.

Such a wonderful girls day with great company and beautiful scenery. It seriously is gorgeous here in Colorado. Garden of the Gods is located near Colorado Springs and it has the most beautiful scenic drive down!
Have you ever heard of Shelter Co? It is this company based out of California that provides fully furnished European canvas tents. Now this is the way I would do camping! They provide basically anything- yes, even restrooms and showers if you wish- like outdoor movies, wine and cheese tasting, music, and entertainment. Also, they do big events so that means bigger tents! I just love everything about this- Enjoy!
