This weekend, we went out for sushi and went karaoke-ing, and even had mini day-cation where we made our way up to the Springs. We also went to Target for whatever reason and found a $17 deep fryer on sale. After walking around with it we decided to get it. We spent the next evening frying everything we could think of- cheeze sticks, pickles, zucchini, chicken, and even french fries. Later on we sort of regretted it and felt super unhealthy afterwards, but it was still pretty awesome. I am going to have so much fun with this fryer. The other day I made a joke to Andrew about how awesome our life is, and after we chuckled a bit out of amusement, we realized, yeah, our life is pretty freakin' great. It is not because we live this lavish, glamourous lifestyle. I think it is because we just utilize our moments actually living, and that is the best way to enjoy things.
