- 3/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 peach
- 1 nectarine
- 1 banana
- 3 tbs oats
- chia seeds (as desired)
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1- 1.5 cup of almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of non-fat greek yogurt
